Back in Jax
Well, the move was successful and we closed on our house with relative ease last Friday. With a lot of help from friends, we moved in over the weekend and have been buried under a mountain of boxes ever since. Moving and unpacking with a baby is proving to be much more difficult than I imagined. I've unpacked a few things from about 15 different boxes and managed to get distracted each time I start something new. No worries though, the house will come together. It may not be until next Christmas, but I know it will get done. We are so excited to be back... it felt like home the minute we drove into town.Since this is Aubrey's site, it would be a shame if I didn't mention her lastest milestone. She started cereal this morning! I could have given it to her a while ago, but with all the moving I felt she had all the drama she could handle for a while. When she took the first bite, she wrinkled her nose a bit and looked at us as if to say, "What gives? This is what I've been waiting 5 1/2 months for?" She managed to eat about a tablespoon before blowing bubbles with the rest of it. I've found out that rice cereal and a head of hair like Aubrey's just don't mix. Next, we move into the world of carrots and sweet potatoes which I'm sure will produce a beautiful set of photos. Aubrey loves her Jacksonville home and is looking forward to playing with all of her new friends!

It must be genetic....Brandon usually starts blowing bubbles in his cereal after about one bite too!
I burned all the photos though......
She doesn't look like she's enjoying the food episode. Did you have to pry her mouth open??
Please, whatever you do, don't let me see photo's of your daughter blowing bubbles with food...
